Silverline's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility houses 27 specialised single-stage manufacturing machines supplied by M/s. NISSEI ASB, JAPAN. The facility is spread over 6 production blocks, in a sprawling 11 acres of land.
The products range from 60ml to 8000ml, in different shapes and combination of neck sizes.
With ambitious plans on the anvil, Silverline is looking at adding hyper-speed manufacturing plants in the near future, apart from automating the packing process more.
Silverline operates its plants throughout the year in round-the-clock shifts. To meet the challenges posed by severe power cut situations, Silverline has entered into special agreement with the Electricity Board of Tamil Nadu to purchase power from non-Governmental, third party sources at special tariffs.
